All services are provided on a best-effort basis. No specific outcomes, rankings, traffic increases, or revenue results are guaranteed.
4. Payments & Merchant of Record
All payments for KonversionX services are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record.
This means:
- Paddle is responsible for payment processing, invoicing, and tax handling
- Your payment statement may reference Paddle instead of KonversionX
- Any payment disputes or chargebacks are handled in accordance with Paddle’s policies
Prices are shown at checkout and charged in GBP (£), USD ($) and Euro unless otherwise stated.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
- Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date
- Billing occurs on the same calendar day each billing cycle
- Clients are responsible for maintaining valid payment details
Failure of payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Once a service period has started, no partial or prorated refunds are provided.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@konversionx.com at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.
Upon cancellation:
- Access to services will continue until the end of the paid billing period
- No refunds will be issued for unused time
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Supply necessary access (e.g., website admin, analytics) when required
- Ensure you own or have permission to use all materials provided
You are solely responsible for the legality of your website content and business activities.
9. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of all materials you provide
- Any content or work created by KonversionX becomes your property after full payment
- KonversionX may reference anonymized work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless you object in writing
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information exchanged during the course of the service.
Confidential information will not be disclosed except where required by law.
11. Disclaimers
You acknowledge that:
- Search engines operate independently of KonversionX
- Rankings and visibility may fluctuate or decline
- Algorithm changes, competition, or penalties may affect results
KonversionX is not responsible for losses arising from search engine actions or third-party changes.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- KonversionX shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 30 days
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- These Terms are breached
- Payment obligations are not met
- Illegal or unethical activity is detected
Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
